When you make a payment to a travel agent or a website how do you know that your money will be used to pay for your holiday?

The simple answer is you don’t, and most businesses use their cashflow to pay bills and other operating expenses usually harmlessly and without affecting you. But what happens if they go under - in today's environment it's a reality we should all be concerned with.

Here at More Travel we do things differently! All client money is paid into our Trust Account which is controlled by independent trustees and backed by fraud insurance, ensuring our clients are 100% financially protected whatever their travel arrangements.

We believe that one of the benefits of booking through a travel agent ought to be an absolute given of consumer financial protection and a benchmark of quality.

We believe we offer the strongest consumer financial protection in the travel industry today.

Just so we're clear, here's our small print:

* all our holidays are 100% financially protected against our failure and the failure of any and all of our suppliers

* all elements of the holidays that we have booked (that include air and travel arrangements -when the two parts are booked at the same time) are ATOL protected unless we have specifically told you otherwise
